Performance Inspection

Applied is not the same as accepted. Phase 3 measures the finished system against the specification it was sold on.

What the service covers

Once application is complete, our team reviews the finished system: dry film thickness across representative areas, adhesion, cure, holiday detection where the specification calls for it, and a visual review of edges, welds and details where coatings fail first.

Findings are recorded against the Phase 2 handover report, and monitoring continues through the early service life so any deviation is caught while it is still a touch-up rather than a repaint.

How it runs on site

STEP 1
Thickness survey
Dry film thickness measured across representative areas of the asset.
STEP 2
Adhesion and cure
Bond to the substrate and full cure verified before handover.
STEP 3
Detail review
Edges, welds, fixings and penetrations checked where coatings fail first.
STEP 4
Monitoring report
Findings recorded against the Phase 2 record and tracked in service.
